Books – Shipping Information

Books will typically ship within 1 – 2 business days.

Prints – Shipping Information

Prints will have a lead time of 3 – 10 days before they are ready to ship. The largest prints (A1 size) have to be specially printed so they will take up to 10 days. The other print sizes will shipped more quickly.

Prints will be rolled and carefully packed in a strong cardboard tube for shipping. Please handle prints as little as possible and very carefully, and only by the outside edges so as not to mark them.

Refunds and Returns

While things usually go smoothly when we purchase things online, sometimes this is not the case. If something does go wrong, then please let me know, and I will work with you to sort out the problem. My goal is for you to enjoy your artwork!

If your item is damaged during shipping.

On the rare occasion that something is damaged during shipping, there are couple of simple steps you need to take:

  • The first thing to do is take clear photos of the damaged item as soon as you receive it.
  • Contact me (feel free to call) and I will arrange to replace the item. I will ask you to send me the photos that you took.
  • You must notify me within 7 days of receiving a damaged item so that I can follow up with the shipping company.

If your item does not arrive.

Please contact me if your item has not arrived within 4 business days of the expected delivery date, and I will follow up with the shipping company. If the item ends up being lost I will arrange to send a replacement.

If the item that arrives is not the item you ordered.

This is an highly unlikely scenario, but if it does happen then please take clear photos of the item you received and contact me. I will arrange to send the correct item.

You have changed your mind about a print.

I offer a 30-day free return policy on prints if you change your mind. Within this period, you can return the print to me for an exchange or refund. 

Please note that I only issue full refunds for prints returned in “as new” condition. Handle your prints carefully, as they mark easily. If a returned print shows any marks or damage, I will deduct the production costs from your refund. If you do need to return a print, then please let me know first so I can address any concerns you may have. My goal is to make sure that you enjoy your artwork, so if something is not right then send me a message and I will help set it right. This takes up to 7 days once I receive the returned print. Refunds do not include any shipping costs.

WHEN OPENING YOUR PRINTS PACKAGE, PLEASE REMEMBER:
All prints are works on fine art paper and are very easy to mark. Please have a professional framer open and handle parcels containing prints to prevent damage to the artwork.
