Capture the vibrant character of the historic Skipping Girl sign in Melbourne, with this urban fine art print; Little Audrey. Originally erected in 1936, the sign was the first animated neon sign in Australia. Unfortunately, the building it was on was demolished in the late 1960s, but due to public outcry, a replica was made. The new sign was installed nearby in 1970, where she still skips today. This artwork blends history, advertising, and bright neon colours. The contrast between the vivid sign and the fading light creates a striking sense of nostalgia. It tells a story of times past, resilience, and childhood memories. The minimalist composition makes it a powerful focal point for modern or luxury decor.
